Error at SMS Verification Code for New Developer Account
I am trying to create a new developer account and once I reach the SMS verification screen, the code is entered and then an error "Please enter the characters you see or hear to continue." is received. Even though the code was entered exactly as it's displayed in the text message. At this point, I requested a new SMS verification and "Sending Code..." appears on the screen and nothing else happens. It's as if the screen freezes.
I have tried creating the account in Chrome, Firefox and Edge using several different phone numbers tied to several different devices within the same company and the error occurs every time. Just in case it's an internet related issue, I tried on different networks in different locations. All of these different variations were attempted over the last 3 weeks and failed to finish creating a single developer account. Please help.
