sound went very low in Iphone 12 pro max

suddenly my phone ringtone and phone call became very low without any reason, i tried to restart, clean it changing the cover .... I've tried everything with no result .... someone told me that is a common problem in the 12 series and both speakers should be replace and no hope for cleaning ... i need advice , what should i do ?????????
