Update to the latest version
I have MacBook pro mid 2014 and the version on it is 11.7 macos big sur I can't install apps from the app store with the version 11.7 how can I update it to the latest version

You are running the latest version for that computer.
If you need a newer OS to meet requirements of newer apps, then you'll ned to buy a newer Mac.
What apps did you hope to install?
Maybe there are versions or alternatives available that are compatible with your older OS.
