Why won't my iPhone reveal full serial number?
when I go to settings/general/ about my phone shows iPhonery and will not reveal my full serial number - why? and what can I do to get it to show full serial number ?

MAC JIM - thanks for your suggestion but my text setting was not "enlarged" - turns out that in Apple world, selecting "bold" will qualify as a reason to drop off the last 3 digits of the serial number even though bold only means darker in color/more contrast in the real world & should not be interpreted as constituting an enlargement in text size - after 30 minutes on apple chat,they finally figured out that was the culprit - hope this saves someone else some time in trouble shooting should they have the same experience - I did point out this irrational outcome in comments in the link the chat person provided me -
