Podcast Time Scheduling

I don’t know if Apple Podcast just doesn’t have this feature but I’m hoping someone reading this can help.

Since starting a podcast, Ive been uploading on Apple and Spotify. Spotify offers a specific day and time to upload but Apple only gives you a specific day…

Does anyone know how I can upload at a specific time on Apple or is it a lost cause?

Also to note, I don’t use RSS. I just upload everything manually on both platforms.
