Hey Philippe!
If you are using Windows 10, you can download the seperate apps for each service (Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Devices) from the Microsoft Store. If you need the iTunes compatibility, (Pre-Windows 10) or need it for other purposes, you can download iTunes from the Microsoft Store as well, or check the link below to download it online.
iTunes - Apple (From here, Click the "Windows >" button, that will take you to the download page!)
Best of Luck!
To be clear, on the page that MiahSON linked to, scroll down it to the small heading saying Looking for other versions? > Windows. I believe that's the version you want.
I suggest that you ask in the Media Monkey forum about the future of their programme once iTunes is no longer available (and Apple can hardly quibble with me over this as it's no longer speculation, is it?)
As I suspect you know, to use Media Monkey for Windows (MMW) with an Apple device, you need to have iTunes installed on the same computer. This possibly means that MMW will not work with the new applications that Apple are introducing. I have been keeping half an eye out for news about this, but so far I haven't spotted anything helpful. But I assume that the geeks at MM are aware and working on a solution for this if it's not already available.
Thank you MiahSON, I will try your recommendations
Thank you
