I would like to screen share from my MacBook Pro to iPhone screen. What is the best way to do so?

Can I mirror screen from my Iphone11 to my Macbook Air 2017? I updated both to the latest software update, they're both on the same wifi and they're even connected by the same icloud account, but my macbook still doesn't show up on the list for screen mirroring so I'm not sure if it's possible

I don't believe there is any feature for doing that.

If your Mac is new enough, and is running Monterey, you can go the other way, and set up the Mac to be an AirPlay Receiver for stuff streamed from the iPhone.
