Retrieve the app zoom
Backed up phone and the app zoom. Disappeared how. Do I retrieve it from back up?

Apps are not stored in a backup, they are always downloaded from the App Store. The backup does know what apps you have on the phone, but loading them actually comes from the store, not the backup. You have a couple of options:
- Make sure it is not in the App Library by swiping all the way to the left and search for "zoom".

- You can also redownload previously purchased apps manually from the App Store.
