As like the title goes by, what does “this purchase doesn’t have an invoice” means? Well, I’m not asking about refund.

two questions:

is it completed as purchased item? and I just have to wait the invoice?
If so, when exactly it will come?

You are not contacting Apple here. All of us are just fellow users like yourself. Depending on what and from whom you made the purchase you may or may not get an invoice. Invoices for Apple products purchased online are usually emailed.

So fill us in a little more.
