Iphone 15 Pro Max Defected and Not Working Properly

Hi,


I need help because I'm really stressed out right now. My brand new Iphone 15 pm purchased directly from Apple is not working properly. Not like I am a perfectionist or something but the issues keep getting worse.

  • The keyboard is glitchy and unresponsive. It takes like 5-6 seconds for the words I type to appear
  • The screen is unresponsive sometime too and I can't click or tap something.
  • The tap to wake frequently cannor function and I have to tap multiple times to turn it on. When I tried turn on with the power button, the screen turned on but a total black screen flashly appeared and then the screen turned back again.


I tried everything I could but nothing worked. I bought it less than month ago and I cannot bear with these issues any more. They said I could send the phone back to repair but I don't want my brand new phone be dismantled for repair just 1 month after I bought it.


Also they suggested I should exchange it for a REFURBISHED one? What the ****? This getting on my last nerve.


Anyone have the same problem? I really need help.


p/s: Apple got me do logs and diagnosis test but they said nothing wrong and I sent them a video of the messing up but they tried to convince me there is no problem and I should restart the phone:)) dude they said it like they are not responsible for that.

I bought a new 15 Pro Max on Sunday and am experiencing the same issues. Perhaps it is a bug in iOS. If so, I hope they resolve it quickly.In the meantime, I've found that doing this helps, if only somewhat.I do a hard reset by pressing and holding the volume up and down button until the Apple logo shows. Sometimes it takes 10 seconds or more for it to appear.After I do the reset, it helps a small bit.

Im in New South Wales, Australia & I too had almost exactly the same issues with my one month old iPhone 15 plus a few other things!! I rang Apple directly and spent around an hour on the phone to a technician who kept running diagnostics and arguing with me that “diagnoses says your iPhone is running fine ma’am”!! I should have been given a brand new iPhone 15, on the spot no questions asked but instead if I wanted a replacement I had to pay out my contract $1600 and something, send it back at my own expense and they don’t even actually send new phone they check it over and if they “believe” it’s working correctly they won’t replace it!! ITS A MONTH OLD!! I’m not asking for something for free i just want what I’m paying for!! They expect you to pay on time, go without a phone if it has issues and then won’t even replace a factory defective phone!! It’s actually disgusting how they give u no help, they run diagnostics on their side and if they see nothing wrong then I’m obviously a lair then or having hallucinations when I experience these things on the phone I use basically 20hours a day!! It’s day light robbery if you ask me!! This particular model has really put a bad taste in my mouth as I have been with Apple from the very beginning!! Very disappointed

Since it is a brand-new device, I think it could be up for replacement based on certain factors that are up to Apple. They have a criteria for these things that are set-up. I do hope that this is just a minor issue and is software related, have you tried updating your iOS to the latest one? Maybe this could eliminate some if not all your worries.

Same exact issue here, iPhone 15Pro, it suddenly becomes unresponsive to the point that I can’t even power it off sometimes, wether it’s an email or a text and even calls can’t answer or can’t dial. I’ve had just about every generation but this seems to be the worst by far, I have a genius appointment this week so hopefully things get fixed.

Yep, all my smartphones have been iPhones from the onset. By far, most issues with 15, and just purchased in March. Like the screen completely freezing, wouldn’t reboot—at all— and ended up dialing 911 accidentally through SOS bc couldn’t access the screen and hang up. Been thinking of switching over for a few yrs now, but haven’t bc of its familiarity and some of the unique features. (I do love iMessages! But even that’s rendered useless with the bugs.) Thank you 15 for solidifying my decision— this will be my last iPhone. Truth is, Apple has been resting on its laurels for many years now since 10/5/2011. It’s been a fun ride, but I got to bounce.

live in Adelaide, Australia and about five days ago my iPhone 15 Pro started to 'STOP' taking calls and just giving callers a message. I would sometimes see the call briefly on the screen, and just as quickly disappear. Tried all the usual checks and numerous 'Network' resets. Went into Apple yesterday and they did a TOTAL RESET and it appeared to work, BUT 30 mins later the same problem came back! Now I have to tell you I have had this phone less than a year and it is the worst iPhone I have ever had and I regularly upgrade to new models. Even the iPhone 1 was superior to this thing! I have another appointment with Apple in 2 days, and sure they try and help, BUT I really think this one is a DUD..ask me, I know!
