Filling out forms with iPad and getting data to lock.

I have created a fillable form in Indesign. Exporting as an interactive pdf. The end users are on iPads and they can fill out the file ok, but we can't figure out how to "lock" in the data and print a "flat" pdf. If I add a signature field, it works on the desktop, but it does nothing on the iPad. My goal is to have this pdf be a template and anytime one of them uses it, it will function as a "Save as" as to not override the original. And then be able to send flatten data to someone. Any suggestions?

iPad 2, iOS 9
