Multiple Stopwatches

Why does the default stopwatch app that comes on all Apple devices only provide the ability to run one stopwatch at a time? You can run numerous countdown timers simultaneously, but only one stopwatch. As a track coach and someone who times how many hours I'm billing various clients on my iPhone, having to download another glitchy app from a dubious third party seems unnecessary when Apple could easily remedy their default app to provide the ability to run more than one stopwatch simultaneously. If anyone from Apple is reading this, it would also be great if you could label the stopwatches so you could differentiate runners and projects' timers, but I'll take whatever I can get.

The limitation of running only one stopwatch at a time in Apple's default stopwatch app could be due to design choices made by Apple's development team. While there may be technical reasons behind this decision, such as resource management or simplicity of design, it's ultimately up to Apple to decide the features and functionalities of their apps.

However, you make a valid point about the usefulness of being able to run multiple stopwatches simultaneously, especially for users like yourself who have specific needs such as timing multiple runners or tracking time for different projects. Your suggestion to add this feature and the ability to label stopwatches for differentiation would likely enhance the usability of the app for many users, including coaches, freelancers, and professionals who need to track multiple timing tasks concurrently.
