After the last update my iphone13 is not loading or connecting to wifi. I have checked the modem and turned the phone off.

Update last week (17.4) remains buggy...where did the QA go? Apple wants everyone to update asap but we still can't trust them.
• Long delays to wake up / access
• While iPhone will appear in the left window finder bar, selecting it only results in Loading animation.
• Try to select two photos and move then via Files app, Photos app crashes.
• No way to backup to computer because computer won't recognize.
(maybe yet another angle to force feed iCloud for backups etc.)
Iphone not loading after the last update. Very slow.
