Clash of clans village won’t load

My brother clash of clans village won’t load when he tires to play. He is logged into his Game Center and when I go to his achievements I see the achievements he’s gotten in clash in the past there. But his village won’t load.i have tired login in and out of Game Center deleting and re downloading clash but can’t seem to get it to work. He is using an iPhone if that helps
