No esim service after 17.4 update
I had my iPhone 12 Pro with fisical sim and with another plan the eSIM, after the update my eSIM plan doesn’t appear and don’t have the option to add an eSIM either to
iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17
I had the same problem on my iPhone, but I found a solution. All you need to do is select the 2G/3G option and avoid using 4G or LTE. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > select your eSIM from the SIMs list > Voice & Data > select 2G or 3G (if possible).
I believe the main issue lies with the 4G network settings in iOS. I hope this will be helpful.
