Unable to access Windows file on Mac Using Sandisk V 3.0

I was given a Sandisk USB V 3.0 drive containing Windows files along with "SanDiskSecureAccessV3.01_win". I need to access it on MacBook Pro OS 12.7.3. It won't open now. The error message says I can't access windows files on a Mac. So, how can I access its files on my MacBook Pro?

If the drive mounts on your mac (as most drives formatted for windows do, without additional work - FAT32, ExFAT or NTFS drives all mount on the mac), you can access the files contained in it, but what you cannot do is run any Windows applications that may be in the drive.

Just copy the files, and ignore that application.

You were given the drive from who ?

Do you know if they have used and installed software to control access to the files on this drive ?

The SanDisk Secure Access allows users to password protect files in SanDisk USB flash drives.
