can't make Face Time after 17.4 error medsage says need to sign in with apple ID but when i cluck sign in it won't show sign in

Error message tells you to Sign in with Apple ID but when you select Sign in it sends you back to your previous face Time calls

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17
