Why is my Apple Cash Card BLOCKED for life?

Why is my Apple Cash blocked for life? I spoke to the agent on the discrepancy and my misunderstanding of the discrepancy I filed with my bank and now they will NOT reactivate my card?

I am banned for life over a simple discrepancy billing issue mistake on my part? For that I’m vilified for life? That’s how Apple treats their customers OR is this the policy of GREEN DOT BANK who provides the Apple Cash services???

The agent for GREEN DOT BANK further told me I would not be able to even start a new account as these bans go by your social security number! I feel this is a huge misrepresentation and disservice to Apples clientele and brand.

Apple Card is provided by Goldman Sachs.
