So face id needs ti be fixed because my brother tried to open it and it worked and its my phone and it opens for him and i thought for such an expensive phone this type of stuff would be better

Caveat: I’m by nature of of a “skeptical” mindset.
And being siblings, it is indeed more likely for this to occur, but …
I suspect that your brother knows your passcode AND that he installed his face as an alternate appearance on your pbone.
Suggest you change - and not share - your passcode …
… followed by resetting your FaceID w/ just your own face.
THEN see if your brother can unlock your phone.
If he can, you two are indeed the statistical rarity about which Apple speaks.
