i have enough storage to download the new update but it’s still not letting me
i deleted stuff from my phone and now my storage is 119 out of 128gb and it’s still not letting me download the new update

Hmm, 119/128 is a little low. See this to free up more storage:

Note: deleted photos are not necessarily deleted from the phone. You may have to go to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted and delete them from there to truly free up storage.
Then restart your phone.
