If you have installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store, updates are automatic. As far as I know, the Help/Check for Updates option is not present on that version of iTunes as all updates are handled by iTunes.
If you have installed iTunes direct from Apple, you can check the version of iTunes that you're using and also check to see if there are any updates. So, check the Help/About iTunes to find out which version you are using. On the day of writing (9th March 2024), the latest version is 12.13.1.3. There is also the Help/Check for Updates option. Usually, if you haven't checked, iTunes will eventually prompt you that an update is available.
No one here knows if or when there will be any more updates for iTunes for Windows, especially since iTunes is in the process of being replaced by the apps that Limnos mentions. Be aware that in my opinion those apps are not yet a full replacement for iTunes.
