Consider inquiring with either Sony directly or the dealer from whom you intend to buy the device to confirm its compatibility with Apple Music's EQ and Spatial Audio features.

In order for the headphones to connect to an iOS device, if your iOS version is 13 or later, you need to allow Bluetooth access in the Sony | Music Center or Sony | Headphones Connect app.

  1. Check for EQ capabilities: Before buying a new device, especially if it's not an Apple product, investigate if it has its own built-in EQ or if it supports third-party EQ apps. This will allow you to adjust the sound profile (bass, treble, etc.) to your liking, even if Apple Music doesn't offer its own EQ.
  2. Verify Spatial Audio compatibility: Apple Music's Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos creates an immersive listening experience. However, not all devices can playback Spatial Audio. Ask the dealer or check the device's specifications to confirm if it supports Dolby Atmos or other spatial audio formats used by Apple Music.
