Error saying my last name is invalid

While try to use Apple Pay in a stores app I keep getting an error. It’s say to update shipping contact, it then says to enter valid last name. How do I fix this? My last name is correctly entered.

Billing address issue in Apple Account when signing into the App Store I have been trying to fill in the billing address when signing in to the App Store, but the system just does not accept. I have filled in my Street name, Post code, City, Area code and phone number and clicked on continue, but it throws an error message "Please fill in Street name" and it appears for every field except for name. Apple trade in issues / bugs It is not allowing me to complete the trade in. 1) Telephone number (area number) weird inputs. Somehow fixed it based on community guidelines which is not convincing at all 2) I have put the the details of my address it says use recommended address which is same as what I input Unbelievable from a company like APPLE. Who manages the team of developers / Tier 1 helpdesk ?? No one has given a solution given the fact it is a recurring problem with so many customers complaining. Truly disappointing! My background: Mid age Tech company employee.

Have you ever bought from that website/online merchant before? It would be a website issue. If what Apple Pay sends to merchant does not match what the card verifier and approver are looking for, it could create and error. The merchants website could also be configured wrong.

What device are you on? What web browser are you using, Apple Safari, Google Chrome or what exactly?
