iMac camera has a "ghosting" effect

My iMac camera has in every application, and with all effects (portrait, lighting, reactions) a weird "ghosting" effect. Newest MacOS updates also didn't fix this issue and restarts haven't tho :(

hand is blurry since I took a photo while moving my hand, but you can see the "ghosting" on the left side.

MacBook Pro Webcam is Glitching/Flickering like CRAZY. As you can see above, this is what my webcam "FaceTime HD Camera" looks like whenever I open it, whether it is on Zoom, OBS, Photo Booth. It just starts glitching/flickering like crazy and I don't know how to fix it. I don't believe I have damaged my MacBook in any way really, but I really need my camera for Zoom meetings and etc. I just updated my software to see if it would solve it, but that does not seem to be the case. Some help and guidance would be appreciated!
