Apple Watch Ultra 1 purchased 3/8/2024 does it have the pulse oximtry on it to use

If I purchase an Apple Watch Ultra 1 today, March 7, 2024 will it have the oxygen sensor available? I know the Ultra 2 Apple Watches do not have it. What about any ultra 1?

Will Apple ever be able to get the Apple Watch O2 sensor equivalent to a pulse oximeter? I read conflicting stories on how accurate it is. And my sleep apnea doctor says it’s not accurate. I have a pulse oximiter also, but I can’t wear it overnight. So I can’t match it to readings with my Apple Watch when I sleep. Over the last 6 months on occasion my numbers go below 90, sometimes below 85, and once below 80. I hope Apple is working to get it FDA certified. We just don’t hear much about what’s happening.

Apple watch SE 2nd gen. Blood Oxygen app I just got and Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen. It does not have Blood Oxygen App even though the literature says it supports that feature I cannot download the App So, does this watch supports Blood Oxygen or not? The Apple App Store says SE does not have the necessary sensor.

The legal argument is only about Series 9 and Ultra 2 bought in th USA
