Is my chat being hacked

I was searching the name nancy on my iphone chats on my macbook pro and I found a Deborah S in front of most if not all chats (texts) it look likes this. I don't have Deborah S in my contacts. Nancy might on her phone. Am I being Hacked?

Blocking text message hackers! I'm getting messages from sources disguising themselves as AT&T or Amazon for example with a I suspect click bait link. I'm even getting messages or links (cnet.com) that looks as those they were sent by one of my favorite contacts. Getting s**t at 5:44 AM from her screams suspicious hacker move. Perhaps someone can enlighten me as to blocking and/or reporting these? [Edited by Moderator]
