Iphone 14 print to printer results in double text and blury printouts

Lately when printing from my iPhone 14, the printouts are double text and blurry.

It's almost like there's a security option that's printing over the original text.

It happens when I try to print something off the web or from my document folder.

Any ideas? The print option used to work but hasn't for the last couple of months.
