When is RCS going to be available on iPhones ?

What we know of this is via reporters quoting Apple reps, and not official (posted) announcements.

Check back when support for RCS becomes available.

RCS remains tied to a cellular plan and cellular number, and still doesn’t include data encryption as part of the standard, so it’ll be popular in some areas and likely less popular in others.

There are some fine alternatives to RCS too, not the least of which is Signal.

I believe all that Apple has said is that it will arrive sometime this year.
