How do I see my iMessages stored on iCloud they aren’t popping up when I log into iCloud

There is no option to view them at www.icloud.com -- you can only view them on devices. Also see the information in Keep your messages up to date with iCloud - Apple Support including the following:
You can see them on any device that’s set up for iCloud and Messages, including your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac.
