Are they spying on me or what!?

I used to have a WiFi service but don’t have them or their router anymore yet they keep popping up on my known networks and I think actually bumping me off ones I am actually on! This is getting ridiculous! If I click edit all my known networks are listed EXCEPT for them! If I click on the blue i on the first screen next to their name the ONLY option it gives me is “join this network”. All the other ones say “forget this network” which is what the sneaky network should say as well. How do i get rid of it?
