How to fix iPhone speaker not working after update

my phone's speaker and ear volume is not working i have to par a bluetooth soeakrr to listen to music i cnnot hear a phone call this happened after the last update

My cannot hear the other party in a phone call they can hear me also my speaker does not work after the last update
