Thank you so much for your help. Success! I didn’t have wallet toggled on in iCloud backup. So simple when you know how. 😞
No worries, I’m 67 and have had a few of those moments as well. Please follow the path below and confirm that your Wallet app is backing up to iCloud.
iPhone > Settings > Apple ID (Your Name at top of screen) > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > Show All > Scroll Down to Wallet > confirm is switched on (green).
If iPhone Wallet is backing up, Apple Watch should be as well. It may take a day or two to complete the restore when you paired the two devices again. Watch generally only does routine backup/restore when it’s on charger and within range of iPhone.
Some items may have to be added again, such as tickets to events and boarding passes.
Thank you for your reply. Yes. They are on my watch. . I had to unpair and pair my watch which is when I lost them from the watch. I have the payment/credit cards but can’t see how I can reinstate the store cards. Maybe it will happen with an iCloud back up.
Your original post mentions Apple Watch, not iPhone. Exactly where are the cards and where aren’t they?😀
Sorry, a senior moment! The store and credit cards are on iPhone. The credit cards are on watch and no store cards.
