Apple Watch Wallet app mirrors the loyalty cards entered in the Wallet on your iPhone. Have you looked in the Wallet app on your Apple Watch to confirm they’re there?

No worries, I’m 67 and have had a few of those moments as well. Please follow the path below and confirm that your Wallet app is backing up to iCloud.

iPhone > Settings > Apple ID (Your Name at top of screen) > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > Show All > Scroll Down to Wallet > confirm is switched on (green).

If iPhone Wallet is backing up, Apple Watch should be as well. It may take a day or two to complete the restore when you paired the two devices again. Watch generally only does routine backup/restore when it’s on charger and within range of iPhone.

Some items may have to be added again, such as tickets to events and boarding passes.
