Spend some of the gift cards. Accounts, including gift cards are coming under increased scrutiny because they are used for scams, money laundering and other fraudulent activities. Opening multiple Apple ID’s is also monitored because it’s frequently done by money launderers. Follow the rules and you’ll be fine.
