How to change the cmd-h command to cmd-z

I want to change the cmd+H shortcut to another combination, for example cmd+Z. How can it be? It would be faster to hide a window like this for me.

Command H is baked in for "hiding an open app"

Command Z is the baked in "undo the last command" (coupled with Shift Command Z)

what exactly are you trying to accomplish...how does this make it faster(?)
