Can't download wallpaper on my macbook pro m1 pro settings since MacOS Ventura

Since I upgraded to macOS Ventura, when I go into System Settings/Wallpaper, I can't download the new landscape wallpapers except for Sonoma Horizon, nor any of the Cityscape or Underwater wallpapers.

I've got fiber, but every time I download, even when I disconnect all my devices and close all my apps, the download fails. It doesn't even advance, I must say.

Who has encountered this problem to help me solve it please?
