Hotspot bug

It looks like I discovered a bug - If I turn on the access point via Siri, the personal hotspot always remains on. It should turn off automatically if no device is connected!

Why do you think it is automatically turned off if there are no connections? It isn’t; if you turn it on it stays on until you turn it off.

You may be confusing it with Instant Hotspot, the feature that allows a device that shares an Apple ID to turn on and use the Personal Hotspot remotely without logging in with the Wi-Fi password. The hotspot will turn off if all Instant Hotspot devices disconnect. But not for manually enabled Personal Hotspot.
