Life span of the late 2015 Imac 27"

Imc starts up slow and get the spinning color ball when opening web sites or other office apps. Apple says I should replace hard drives, fusion and ssd. Otherwise it runs fine and screen is still awesome. Fix or just upgrade to Apple silicon ?
