Apple Pay setup errors on iPhone 15

I just bought an Iphone 15. At first everything was normal until yesterday. I forgot to charge it and it crashed. After fully charging and restarting, my phone automatically enters recovery mode. After finishing recovery, I checked Wallet and found that all my cards were unavailable. So I removed all my cards and added them back. But it keeps saying the error “Can't add my card, please contact the bank”. I went to the forums to read and saw that people advised to try sign out my Apple ID and sign in again. It worked, but that's when the second error appeared “Could not set up Apple Pay”. Can someone help me? I'm really depressed. I have tried many things like updating the IOS to the latest or changing the region, but everything doesn't work. 😭😭😭

Faced the exact same symptoms as ptueminh on an iPhone 15 Pro. In my case, there was a hardware failure with the NFC chip, which surfaced the confusing "Could not set up Apple Pay" message. Apple replaced the phone under warranty.

If there is a hardware fault with NFC, Apple MRI diagnostics should show faults with Apple Pay and Magsafe.

Unforunately the NFC hardware seems to be a weak point for the iPhone 15 line. Ref: https://www.macrumors.com/2023/10/01/bmw-charging-may-break-iphone-15-nfc-chip/
