Buy new macbook pro m3 Max

Good evening, I'm new here, but thank you for your attention! I recently bought a macbook pro m3 mac 16/40 core, but when I took it out of the box everything seemed fine, no scratches or stains, but when I removed the film from the screen, it was kind of stuck to the rubbers and when I wiped the rubbers with a cloth it left a scratch. black! the cycle count is at 3, is this normal or should it be zero?! Another thing I noticed is that in the Finder the color identifiers came without any, is this how it is now? How do I know if it comes from the factory, or was used on display?

thanks

The vast majority of Macs have been thoroughly tested at the factory, and the battery cycle count is NEVER Zero. Many have a small integer number. Some may have as many as a dozen and still be new.

The colors are provided for your use. Calling them a particular name serves no purpose. You can see that yellow as implemented is yellow, you do not need text to explain what that is. And you can change each of them to anything else you like.

There are very explicit instructions about how to clean your Mac, especially the screen, and you appear to have violated them on the first day.
