Using advanced Bluetooth settings (e.g. aptx) on macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 M3 processor

Just wondering if you can control any of the advanced bluetooth settings (Like in some of the earlier MacOS versions) like what Bluetooth codec is being used for the connection to an audio device (Headphones). I know you used to have the ability to choose what low latency codec you wanted to use if your headphones supported it. But I can't seem to find that "advanced" option any more.

Does anyone know if its still available?
