MacBook Pro M3 Pro 18GB 16" charging issue
My MacBook Pro 16" Pro - 18GB from day one has had an issue charging, a brand new device, brand new charger and the MagSafe does not recognise it is on the charger port, and requires me to disconnect and re-connect the charger up to 10-times before the amber light goes on.
I will be warrantying this device, but I also wanted to ensure I made a post about it as well to keep a paper trail in-case it is a systemic issue across this model.
- Charger is placed directly into the wall socket
- Charger is connected properly
- There is no debris or "junk" on either the macbooks charger port, nor the charger preventing a solid connection
- Device is new
- When the power cable is switched 180, the same issue happens
