You cannot do that directly:

    • if you purchased all your music from the iTunes Store by using the iPod, then you need to sign into the same account on your phone that you used to buy that music and download the purchases directly from the store
    • if the music on your iPod includes purchases from other sources (i.e. Amazon, Bandcamp or from your own CDs) then presumably you added them to the iPod via iTunes. In that case, all that music should still be in your iTunes Library, so use iTunes to copy (not transfer) the music onto the phone

If you have a Mac, that does not have iTunes, use the Mac's built-in Finder instead. If you are using the new apps on a Windows PC, one of them will help you copy your music to the phone. (I'm not familiar enough with those apps, or with Finder, to offer any further instructions on the method, but it should be self-explanatory.)
