After Upgrade: Where is Popup Notification from MAC OS about learning features of Ventura?

I recently upgraded to Ventura;

A pop up on the right upper edge on the screen appeared, telling me to learn about the features of the new o.s I didn't have time to click this and wanted to do read this later; (after several days, another pop-up, about using other devices together with the computer appeared. I klickred it. It was short information- very useful.)

But the other pop-up about the features of the new OS disappeared, and I don't know where to get this notification again,

I thought I could find it in the list of the notification centre, but there's nothing about this;- only the pop-ups from specific apps are there and some emails.

So where are these information I was advised to read to find? Is there a way to call this pop-up back? Any help appreciated.! Thank you.
