Re: "Trying to get answers to queries" : "I'm trying to cancel a subscription,
"easy" says the website but the field I am required to use doesn't exist.
We do not have much info. to go on, (which website / what field) to try and answer.
Please see if anything below can help you cancel the subscription.
If it is iCloud subscription you want to cancel:

If it is a free trial subscription you want to cancel:
Cancel at least 24 hours before it expires (you lose access) so you are not charged.
