I have an etrecheck report and need help

My computer is running soooo slow. I ran an etrecheck report but don't know how to interpret it. Please help. I would appreciate it so much!

you have cleanmymac installed. that app is notorious for causing major issues within macOS while providing zero protection or benefit. you would do well to uninstall CMM using the developer's instruction. once you've done that, please run another etrecheck report and share it with us to see if CMM was totally removed.
