I received a charge from Apple.com/Bill - 59.99.

I am not sure what this is for. How do I check to see if this is a valid charge?

It's a known scam.

Your credit card has been compromised. Call your card service immediately to have the charge reversed. Also have them cancel your current card number and replaced with a new one.
