Payment method denied by Apple payment method

Submitted my new payment method, was denied by apple payment method.

Review this Support Article. In some cases you just need to contact the card issuer for them to allow the card to be used with Apple Pay.

If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support
