Updated Ventura 13.6.5 and now none of my audio software works. It wont recognise my Apogee software or the software on Ilok. I am livid!!

Always check compatibility of third-party software before updating/upgrading to newer releases of macOS. It is the vendor's, not Apple's responsibility to keep those applications functional with macOS releases. Apple provides the vendors with software developer kits for each point update of the operating system for the express purpose of sustained compatibility.
Contact the Apogee vendor and see if they have issued a newer update of their software. Don't let them blame Apple for this compatibility problem as Apple has given them the tools to solve the issue.

What the heck is going on with this update? It has messed up all recording audio software. I'm very unhappy. Are you going to fix it!
