Where can I book an appointment to speak to someone face to face I have followed the steps to download app and look for store but it’s not letting me I need it for Newcastle store in Eldon square

If it is hardware related, start here (see support link in lower left corner, adjust for your region, and open a support ticket; you should be offered a Genius Bar appointment.
Then you will need to use the support link in the lower left corner and start a support ticket. At the end of the questionaire you will be offered various ways to get in touch.
