Could process the payment from one of my subscriptions?

I just pay for the fan membership in the crunchyroll app, and when I go to subscription it says is active but when I go to the app it doesn't appear because the payment still processing, I wanted to know if I can process the payment now

Why is my Picsart subscription still active after deletion? I deleted my subscription to Picsart, but it's still active and asking for payment. Because of this I can't download other apps and the amount is not small. I can't download the Apple support app either. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
